How we work

How AXEN works with custom home builders

We start with the problem holding growth back, agree a clear scope, build it, test it, and then help your team run it. Here is what that looks like in practice.

The process

Five steps, in order.

  1. Step 1: Apply

Share your contact details and a short diagnosis of your business and the main thing holding growth back.

You fill in a short application: contact details, your business, and the main thing holding growth back. It is a diagnosis, not a sales form. Applying does not book a call.

  2. Step 2: Review and talk

AXEN reviews your answers for fit and follows up. A qualified conversation happens through the calendar and a Google Meet call.

AXEN reads your answers and checks fit for both sides. If it looks right, we follow up, and the strategy call is booked through the calendar as a Google Meet. We use the call to understand how inquiries, follow-up and projects work today.

  3. Step 3: Define scope

We agree on the priority, deliverables, responsibilities, timeline, how progress is measured and the commercial terms.

After we have talked, we write down the priority, the deliverables, who is responsible for what, the timeline, how progress will be measured and the commercial terms. Nothing starts until you agree to that scope.

  4. Step 4: Build and verify

We implement the marketing, sales and delivery improvements you chose, then test the real journey before it goes live.

We build only what the agreed scope covers: for example a website, follow-up workflows or project communication tools. Before anything goes live we test the real journey, such as an inquiry coming in and reaching the right person.

  5. Step 5: Run and improve

We review performance, fix the next bottleneck and hand repeatable work to your team.

We review how the work is performing with you, fix the next bottleneck, and hand repeatable work to your team. How often we review is set in the scope.

Responsibilities

Who owns what.

What AXEN does

  • Diagnosing the constraint and recommending the smallest fix
  • Building and testing what is in the agreed scope
  • Explaining how it works so your team can run it

What your team must own

  • Provide accurate business facts, access to the tools involved and real project proof
  • Approve wording, claims and images before they are published
  • Own the agreed sales and delivery commitments on your side

Once work is running, we review progress with you on a rhythm agreed in the scope: what the work is doing, what is getting in the way, and what to change next. Not every engagement includes advertising, appointment setters, closers, video recording or editing, or custom software. What is included is whatever the agreed scope says, and nothing else.

Fit

Who this suits, and who it does not yet.

Usually a good fit

  • You already build and sell a credible service and can show completed work
  • An owner or decision-maker is involved in the project
  • Someone is responsible for responding to inquiries
  • You can share relevant information and take part in implementation
  • You have the capacity, or a plan for capacity, to take on more work

Not a fit yet

  • You want guaranteed sales without changing how inquiries are followed up
  • You want every service for one undefined fee
  • The offer or the capacity to deliver is not in place yet
  • You cannot take part in implementation

Applying

What the application asks, and what happens next.

We review your answers and contact you about the next step. Applying does not automatically book a call.

Apply to work with AXEN

The application covers

  • Your name, email and phone number
  • Your business and what you do
  • What is holding growth back most, and what you would like to improve in the next 90 days
  • A revenue range for the last 12 months, and what you could invest in growth each month (not a quote or a commitment)

Common questions

Straight answers before you apply.

How much does it cost?

Scope and commercial terms are agreed after we understand your business. We do not publish a universal price because the work depends on the bottleneck we find.

What happens after I apply?

We review your answers and contact you about the next step. A strategy call is booked through our calendar once we have talked. Applying does not automatically book a call.

Can you guarantee results?

No. We agree on a clear scope and how progress will be measured. Outcomes also depend on your market, capacity and follow-through.
